Wales center Jonathan Davies can return for Wales World Cup week.
The 31-year old was ruled out of the win over France and was replaced by Ospreys Owen Watkin.
Davies aggravated the difficulty he withdrew just 75 minutes at Oita and endured from Fiji.
Hopefully with a few rest and the ideal rehab, hed be available a week, head coach Warren Gatland said.
Before aggravating the problem davies had trained week with heavy strapping on his leg was picked on Friday in the starting side.
Wales have a doubt with what appeared to be a problem, over Josh Navidi, who left the France game.
Jonathan was not far away from being right. He just decided that was best for the group, Gatland said.
I had been concerned during the week wed go into the match with two midfielders carrying tears.
Jonathan pulled out of yesterdays captains run and we analyzed him this morning and he wasnt 100% but he was not far away.
Hopefully over the following 48 hours so the strategy would be to put himself in contention for the semi-final.
Josh looks like hes done a small hamstring and we do not understand how severe that is.
