“Finally, after over a year because the rematch, I have to enter the ring once again to fight Logan Paul,” said KSI. “If I am being honest, I did not fight well at all in the first battle, and even thenI still managed to draw against him.
“I won’t make it close, particularly now that it’s a professional fight, no mind guards and 10oz gloves”
Paul stated:”Last battle, KSI could not conquer me with only 3 months of training under my belt. For the last year, while JJ has been wasting his time trying to become a rapper, I have been training every single day.”
The initial fight was clarified by promoters as the”largest live pay-per-view sports event on the history of the internet”.
Hearn admitted his perspective had shifted after initially believing the idea of this pair fighting at the Manchester Arena had been”embarrassing”.
“Everything I saw was a phenomenon; a sold-out stadium, more than one million PPV buys but more importantly an energy of a new audience into the game of boxing,” he said,
He promised that a”world championship” undercard for the main fight.
