Seven are in the running to be appointed from the Fifa Fifpro Women’s World11.
They are led by Lyon defender Lucy Bronze, the recent winner of the Uefa Player of the Year award.
World champions USA have 14 of those 55 nominees.
The team will be shown on 23.
More than 3,500 elite gamers across the world were asked to choose their best team by Fifpro, the players’ union, based on performances involving July 2018 and July 2019.
The final team will be made up of a goalkeeper, four defenders, three players and three forward.
Bronze, that had been a part of the Fifpro group is joined from the list Keira Walsh, Ellen White, joint top-scorer at the World Cup in France, Millie Bright, Alex Greenwood, from England captain Steph Houghton and Nikita Parris.
Bronze can be on the watch for the main award with Morgan and Rapinoe.
Women’s Champions League winners Lyon have 14 players nominated, including striker Ada Hegerberg, that watched a hat-trick at the closing and is the most 2019 BBC Women’s Footballer of the Year.
There are just two players on the list who perform together with the new season, at the Women’s Super League.
